Our pilots have a combined flight time of more than 60,000 hours, are well-trained and experienced with flying in mountainous terrain, bush landings and use a common sense approach in every aspect of their day. All our pilots undergo annual training that ensures they are current in mountain flying, low-visibility flight operations, Transport Canada's Pilot Decision Making program and more. All our flight operations comply with the requirements and procedures as set out by Transport Canada's Standard Operating Procedures.

Our helicopter maintenance is primarily completed in-house by specially trained and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, who often accompany our helicopters out into the field on longer-term projects. We employ a minimum of six engineers for our four aircraft, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest of standards.
