Escape From Reality...

Hiking in the Coast Mountains of British Columbia is spectacular. With large uncrowded mountains, heavily forested valleys and glaciated alpines, the hiking is magnificent. From November until July, snow is plentiful and ski-touring conditions are perfect. We offer custom heli-drops into different locations throughout the area.

All of the following guided hikes are led by locally owned and operated Coast Mountain Guides. Their expertise in mountain safety and local knowledge will ensure the day is successful and enjoyable. All guides are trained as professionals and members of the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides.

The guided heli-hiking trips below all include water, healthy lunch, guide(s) to escort guests from hotel throughout trip based on departure location, group size and demographics, all glacier/hiking equipment (boots, day packs ice axe, crampons, harness), first aid and CPR certified guides, plus first aid kit on all tours, radio and/or cell phone communication on all lead guides. 1:4 guide to guest ratio, 1 CD with photos taken by guide, ground transportation from Whistler or Vancouver and back.
